To maintain quality, accuracy, and trust for all users, CityHub44 requires all submitted listings to follow the rules outlined below. By submitting a listing on CityHub44, you agree to comply with these Listing Rules, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. General Listing Guidelines
All listings submitted to CityHub44 must:
- Represent a legitimate business, service, or place
- Contain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Be written in clear and appropriate language
- Comply with UK laws and regulations
Listings that do not meet these standards may be rejected or removed.
2. Eligible Businesses & Services
CityHub44 accepts listings for:
- Local businesses and services
- Restaurants, cafés, and food places
- Shops and retail stores
- Professional and home services
- Travel, tourism, and city attractions
We reserve the right to determine listing eligibility.
3. Prohibited Listings
The following listings are not allowed on CityHub44:
- Illegal businesses or services
- Adult content or sexually explicit services
- Drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
- Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- Scams, misleading offers, or fake businesses
- Duplicate listings for the same business
- Listings with false contact details or locations
Any listing found violating these rules will be removed immediately.
4. Business Information Requirements
Each listing must include:
- Correct business name
- Accurate address or service area
- Valid contact information (phone, email, or website)
- Clear description of products or services
Using misleading keywords, excessive capitalization, or keyword stuffing is not allowed.
5. Images & Media Guidelines
Images uploaded to listings must:
- Be relevant to the business or service
- Be owned by the submitter or legally licensed
- Not contain watermarks, promotional text, or offensive content
CityHub44 reserves the right to remove images that violate these rules.
6. Listing Categories & Locations
- Listings must be placed in the most accurate category
- Businesses must select the correct city or service area
- Listings placed in incorrect categories or locations may be edited or removed
7. Reviews & Ratings (If Enabled)
If reviews are enabled:
- Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences
- Fake, incentivized, or abusive reviews are prohibited
- Business owners may not post reviews for their own business
We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
8. Paid & Featured Listings
CityHub44 may offer:
- Featured listings
- Promoted placements
- Premium listing options
Payment does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings
- Customer enquiries
- Positive reviews
All promotional listings must still comply with these Listing Rules.
9. Approval, Editing & Removal
CityHub44 reserves the right to:
- Review and approve listings before publication
- Edit listings for clarity, formatting, or compliance
- Reject or remove listings at any time without prior notice
10. Listing Ownership & Responsibility
- Business owners are responsible for their listing content
- CityHub44 is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses
- Submitting a listing grants CityHub44 permission to display and promote the content
11. Reporting Violations
Users may report listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these rules. Reported listings will be reviewed and action will be taken if necessary.
12. Changes to Listing Rules
CityHub44 may update these Listing Rules at any time. Continued use of the listing submission feature after changes indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
